What is ‘niv’? The initial answer of this explorer would be ‘I have to find out, what I should be reaching for’.

To formulate an appropriate answer, let us look at some relevant wisdom:

 ‘Be careful in selection of your driving-desire; because, you are likely to get only that.’

 ‘In general, words of a natural language are over-loaded with multiple interpretations; while, almost all context-specific language-extensions for scientific and engineering disciplines are precise and concise – mathematics for physics, drawings for engineering, and programming languages for computers are a few examples.’

Yes, one has to be extremely diligent in determination of own primary-drive in life. The writer has examined some  - happiness, bliss, personal wellbeing, community wellbeing, environmental integrity, eco-health, global wellbeing, human good, . . . But, each one of these terms is over-loaded with multiple interpretations. Each one of them would appear to be relevant to ‘what Arem (RM) should be doing with his life.’ In fact, they are richly inter-connected. So, to resolve this issue, Arem (RM) has just chosen a new word ‘niv’, free from pre-conceived multiple interpretations. As Arem has continued his exploration, ‘niv’ has progressively evolved in precision and inclusion.

There is one additional question, that each individual would be required to answer ‘what should be my NivRole?’. As ‘niv’, the general direction, became somewhat clear, Arem had to choose his own NivRole – the personal-role in his ‘niv-directed journey of life’. Depending on individual-specific circumstances (direct responsibilities, state of health, . . .) and resources (skills, financial independence, . . .), NivRole would have to be person-specific – one, in which a person would have natural-potential for being most effective. Participation in planning and engineering of a global NivProgram is Arem’s current NivRole. Care of his personal wellbeing (physical, psychological, and financial) would become meaningful, and joy shall happen to him naturally, in pursuit of AremNivRole. Such implications should be clear as we continue with our exploration; and, more so, through individual inquiry.

Another important question arises ‘would niv be the desirable primary-drive for all humans?’

Before exploring many such issues, it is necessary to build an initial (minimum) Niv-specific vocabulary. Nish (NivEnglish) will include English-like words, system-architectures (process architectures, entity-relationship architectures), …  Table-1 includes some 'root words' of  Nish. Understanding of these words would be facilitated by carefully going through this table sequentially, and by looking at their mutual relationships through SystemArchitectures (in Figures 1-6), along with reading the figure-related descriptions.

Unrelenting rise in the threat of catastrophies - natural and man-made, local and global - is rapidly increasing the HumanSuffering; and, is now demanding a fresh look at our individual and collective consciousness, behavior, and priorities.

The present document is intended to be used as a strawman to initiate building of a Framework for development of a GlobalProgram, that would support emergence of a positive future for humans. This program shall put in place comprehensive and more effective philosophy, architectures, action-program …  through ParticipativeExploration. We must identify all aspects of HumanWellbeing, individual and shared, and their inter-relationships.

'Natural human evolution', as part of a ‘naturally’ proliferating pattern of genes and DNA's, does not seem to be 'designed' specifically for human-good. Now a stage is reached that, for its sheer survival, humanity must take charge of its own further evolution; call it ‘directed evolution', 'conscious evolution', ‘intentional evolution'…  This kind of active ‘human participation’ can be considered to be a filter for evolution to some higher-levels of existence, conceived in a  ‘higher-level  cosmic-design’; because, as part of the natural evolution, the 'technology' that is fueling rapid-growth of threat, is also providing better means for its elimination.

It is obvious that no single individual, even the most resourceful one, shall be able to 'engineer' a favorable future trajectory for evolution of humanity. It shall require global-networking of dedicated explorations by global-collectives of resourceful and innovative individuals, who would inspire teamwork.

What is good for HumanWellbeing, individual and shared? What are the problems - immediate, short-term, and long-term? What is the 'As-Is' state of HumanExistence, and what would be practicable and desirable 'To-Be' state, generation to generation? Global responses to many such issues will have to be organized to facilitate development of a working-model, that would enable credible projections for future actions. The present document is meant to serve as a strawman for such global enterprise. Some of the vital issues for HumanWellbeing, individual and shared, have been addressed.

NivParticipation

Person's NivParticipation in NivMovement would be the primary source of Nivon; and, possibly, the only deterrent to the wild-growth of Zivon.

Innovations shall be necessary to enable creative participation. A multi-generational global action-program shall be required to progressively create, in phases, favorable conditions for dismantling Ziviron, for living in freedom from Zivon, for engineering the Niviron to support Nivine.

For a participative-exploration to be creative, each and every participant should be able to pay complete attention to exploration. Working from a previously-authored document would, in general, activate individual mental-blocks, resulting in counter-productive opinionated debates that are not conducive to understanding; and/or supress creativity. 'NivUnderstanding' must grow in the collective, as a collective-phenomenon. NivUnderstanding of one Individual generally becomes mere second-hand knowledge for all others, not actual understanding. There are no short-cuts to 'understanding', as yet available to humans. Each and every participating nexplorer shall enjoy living in exploration round-the-clock; sharing all NivInsights with the team; constantly exploring others' insights, until reaching complete acceptance or (tentative) rejection as a team; staying away from temptation to attribute any personal credits/discredits…   For some it might not happen in one particular group. They might build independent exploration-team(s), coordinating with others in a global NivNet.

One well-established method for ParticipativeExplorations is 'Brain Storming':  'listing' situation-related random-thoughts of the participants, without any judgement of its validity at that time; arranging into 'groups'; drawing 'bubble-charts' to represent some inter-connectivities among different items; eliminating/changing/adding items through group-discussion.

Entity-Relationship diagrams work well when the exploration is 'entities oriented' (Fig. 5). In a complex situation, when processes are also critical, Systems Approach using ProcessArchitectures is useful. It is kind of a flow-diagram with superior expression of 'relationships' among processes and entities. Use of a potentially useful tool would be explored, as and when we find/innovate one.

Technology being a key factor in increasing the potential of an early self-inflicted GlobalCatastrophe, and for providing the ability to determine the trajectory, three Technology-Related Process Architectures are included next (Figs 1-3), followed by a top-level Nivine Process Architecture (Fig. 4), and then an EntityRelationship Architecture (Fig. 5), which explores relationships among some entities involved in ZivCondition of mind. At the end, there is Nivine Context Architecture; connecting Nivine to some of the sources of Ziviron and Zivon. [iii]  Simultaneously, there is attempt to come up with useful Language Extentions.
